BAKER RIFLE MANUFACTURING BRAND AMBASSADOR AGREEMENT
A. As a Brand Ambassador, I understand and agree to the following:

I am not an employee, agent, franchisee, or partner of Baker Rifle Manufacturing. I cannot act on behalf of Baker Rifle Manufacturing. I do not have any authority to incur debt, obligation, or liability on behalf of Baker Rifle Manufacturing.
I will promote Baker Rifle Manufacturing products to customers.
Receive test/wear/model/experience and write about products on social networks (blogs, posts, pictures, videos, etc.).
Share brand message on social networks.
Receive new products and model them for promotions we create or to be used as product images.
Tag/@/Link our company on each of your posts.
Baker Rifle Manufacturing will own the rights to use the image for email marketing or website content.
I understand that I will not receive monetary compensation or gift cards for use of images or videos used by Baker Rifle Manufacturing.
If orders are submitted without using my Brand Ambassador promotion code, these orders will not be credited to my account. No cash compensation will be provided by the company. Only one promotion code can be applied per order.
I understand my Brand Ambassador promotion code is intended to be shared with potential customers and will not share it with *Sub-Ambassadors unless I have gained explicit consent from Baker Rifle Manufacturing’s Marketing Team.
I will not sell company product on unauthorized websites on the internet or in retail establishments.
I will protect the company’s trademark by not reproducing the company’s name/trademark or any company materials for use in advertising without the written approval of the company.
I will promote Baker Rifle Manufacturing’s products on social media accounts by posting appropriate photos of marketing events showcasing the products. I will contact the company if a clear understanding of “appropriate” photos is needed. I will not receive any financial or other compensation for product promotion through my social media network unless the written approval of the company is provided.
I will conduct myself in a manner that reflects the highest standard of integrity and responsibility in keeping with the reputation of the company. If I do not uphold these standards, I will be immediately removed from the Brand Ambassador Program and forfeit any unclaimed gift cards, unclaimed cash, and all promotional codes effective immediately.
If I choose to leave the Brand Ambassador program, I must use any unused gift card/cash balance within 14 days of leaving the program. Any photos sent to Baker Rifle Manufacturing will remain in their database to use on their social media platforms and marketing campaigns.
If the company terminates the Brand Ambassador program, I have two months to redeem my gift card credits/cash and use the exclusive promotional code.
I must be an active** Brand Ambassador to remain in the program.
I agree that the company reserves the right to cancel this agreement at any time.
I agree to the company’s privacy policy and I have read and agree to these terms.

B. General:

This agreement is subject to acceptance by Baker Rifle Manufacturing and is conditioned by the acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Either party may terminate this agreement immediately for cause or without reason upon written notice.
Baker Rifle Manufacturing may discontinue the Brand Ambassador Program at any time.
The Brand Ambassadors will not be treated as a company employee for any reason.

*Sub-Ambassador is anyone who is not the Brand Ambassador, or directly a part of the Brand Ambassador’s team, who is intending to make revenue using the Brand Ambassador’s code.
**Active pertains to posting content at least twice a month and tagging Baker Rifle Manufacturing, unless otherwise agreed upon.
